My Approach to Health & Fitness

I Was The Kid They Called “Boiled Potato.” Not by strangers. By family.

I grew up feeling powerless in an environment I desperately wanted to escape. Outside wasn’t safer — the bullying followed me everywhere. By the time I was a teenager, I had one thing keeping me going: Arnold Schwarzenegger on a screen, building himself from nothing.

I was 12 when I watched Commando and thought — nobody handed him that. He decided. That one thought changed my life..

I Walked Into A Gym At 14 With No Money and No Guidance. Two months in, I had to stop. Couldn’t afford it.

At 18, working retail, I went back. This time I stayed.

Six months later my body changed. But what really changed was how I walked into a room. The bullying stopped. Not because the world got kinder — because I stopped looking like someone who could be broken.

India’s fitness world was — and still is — drowning in misinformation. I had to figure everything out the hard way, reading, researching, testing on my own body. That struggle is exactly why I became a coach.

Here’s What I Know For Certain.

No one is coming to save you. Not your circumstances, not a miracle diet, not the right moment.

But as long as you have your health — you have everything you need to build the life you want. That’s not motivation talk. That’s what I lived.

Who I Work With

People who grew up with the wrong information about food and training. Busy professionals and expats in the Gulf navigating stress, poor sleep and a lifestyle that works against them. South Asians carrying food habits and body image baggage that nobody talks about honestly.

People who don’t just want to lose weight — they want to feel in control again. If that’s you — I understand it more than most.
